You can return your ordered goods to us within 14 days of purchase, unused and in the original packaging. There are no extra costs for you.
We do not offer return slips or return labels. The return is done with a shipping service provider of your choice. So you can always use the closest and cheapest option for you. We will reimburse you for the cost of your return after processing, in the event of a guarantee or warranty.
A return of used or damaged goods is excluded! Certain items are only accepted in their original closed packaging. Sometimes an (invisible) seal is attached which must not be damaged. Partial returns of a unit are not possible. E.g. 8 pieces of a 10x float set ... fishing lines, leader material, (live) bait and the like are of course completely excluded from the return.
In the case of a guarantee or warranty, a return is usually not necessary. You will receive a new item or the purchase price back without compromise and you don't usually have to return the defective item. But please always coordinate with our customer service.
You are personally responsible for your return until it arrives at our warehouse. It is advisable to return your goods to us including confirmation of receipt. So you are sure that your package has really arrived with us.
Return step by step
- Please make sure that it is possible to return the item (s) to us. The general conditions for a return can be found here below.
- Contact our customer service by phone or email and register your return. Please give us your order or customer number. Alternatively, you can register your return yourself from your customer account. With a guest order, the option to register a return yourself is not applicable. Contact customer service returns.
- If the pre-notification of your return has received an OK, then you pack the package as soon as we have delivered it. And make sure to note your reference on the package (order or customer number).
- You send the package with a shipping service provider of your choice at the cheapest rate for you. In the event of a guarantee / warranty, please also send us a copy of the shipping receipt so that we can reimburse you after checking the return.
- After we have checked the returned goods, we pass the process on to our accounting department. Your purchase amount for the respective return will be refunded to the place from where you paid, for example bank transfer> back to the respective account, PayPal> PayPal. Depending on the volume, the process can take around 2 weeks. We thank you in advance for your patience with your return.

You can be sure that you will have a lot of fun with our high quality range of fishing accessories, and that the quality will not let you down. On top of that, under certain conditions, it is possible that a warranty is provided. This can be in the form of a new exchange item, a voucher for the respective credit or as a direct repayment. After checking the process, our customer service will inform you whether you need to return the item.
Please document a possible delivery damage directly together with the delivery person and report it to us as soon as possible. We have had very good experiences with our carriers and the shipping packaging is designed in such a way that everything always arrives undamaged.
We send small items in extra large boxes, so the delivery rate is also 1A and nothing is lost during delivery. Please always return your items in the shipping packaging as you received it. Then we can all assume that your small return items will also arrive quickly and accurately.
