The shipping costs in the Fish-Tackle.eu fishing accessories online shop include packaging costs, disposal fees, bulky goods surcharge, seasonal surcharges, shipment tracking and environmental contributions. We do not charge any hidden additional costs or surcharges. Please see your individual shipping costs at the checkout corresponding to your delivery adres.

Order tracking
For every order from us, we send a link to track the shipment. So you can follow every step of the delivery. As soon as your parcel has been scanned in the nearest parcel center and the last step of delivery begins, live shipment tracking is also activated. With our shipping partner DPD Germany, you can see exactly when your package will be delivered to the minute.
If you create a free customer account with DPD Germany or use the free DPD app; then the live shipment tracking service is available to you at all times. You can adjust the storage location or choose a different time.

Shipping information
Current and practical information on shipping orders from the Fish-Tackle.eu online shop. We deliver across Europe, and every order has a tracking link. Delivery times vary between 1 to 3 days depending on the location and season. All orders from us are packed on weekdays from Monday to Friday and shipped every day.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday from eight in the morning until the evening hours. We count on your understanding that there may be delays. In the vast majority of cases this is beyond our control, but we always do our best to guide your broadcast on the right path.

Overview of running times on weekdays
Ordered on ... delivered until ... so you can plan safely that you will receive your order on time. As a rule, we even deliver faster, although it can sometimes get tight around the weekends. For example, if you order on Wednesdays before around 1.30 p.m., 95% of the package will be with you at the weekend. If ordered later, or even on a Thursday; so the chance is unfortunately a little less.

Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment and handed over to the shipping service provider. You will then receive a link to track the shipment, with which you will always be informed exactly when the order will arrive.

Yes! No matter whether large or small, every package that leaves our warehouse also receives a shipment number or a track & trace link. With this number you can call up the link to the shipment tracking and find out about the status of the shipment.
No. All orders, large or small, are shipped at a standard rate. At Fish-Tackle.eu you don't pay a bulky surcharge on fishing rods, bank sticks, landing net poles or the like.
We at Fish-Tackle.eu fishing accessories wholesale cooperate with DPD Germany.
It is not possible to ship with DHL, GLS, UPS etc. We send all orders quickly and reliably with DPD, throughout Europe.
Unfortunately, this is not an option for us. We deliver your order (s) directly to your door. Alternatively, you can have your delivery diverted to your workplace, friends or neighbors on the street during delivery.
A delivery with DPD Germany to a DHL Pakstation is not possible.
Shipment status
Your order will be delivered by the shipping service provider DPD. You will receive a link to track your shipment when you order. You can see the various status messages in the DPD online interface or in the app. Here we explain the meanings of the shipment status of DPD Germany.
Order data transmitted - the parcel label is created, printed out and the parcel is packed. It hasn't left our warehouse yet. If the status does not change after 2 days, please contact our customer service. So that we can get in touch with DPD if necessary.
Parcel on the way - your parcel has left our warehouse, is scanned into the system by DPD and is transported to the next station.
In the parcel delivery center - during delivery your parcel is loaded in several parcel centers, so-called hubs. Attention! Even after an unsuccessful delivery you will see this status temporarily. As the package goes back from the delivery address to the last hub.
In delivery - your DPD driver has the package in the delivery vehicle and is on the way to your delivery address. DPD delivers 6 days a week between 08:00 and 20:00.
